Giving someone your urine to pass a drug test?

My friend is on probation and gets drug tested. He smoked and he asked me if he could have some of my urine so he could bring it in to pass his test. If he gets caught with it and rats me out could i get in trouble? is this against the law for me to do?

Yes it is against the law, now you answer the other part of your own question.
Most drug tests are designed so you can't use someone else urine. They have you empty your pockets to prevent it. Helping someone break the law most always backfires.

I doubt that they ask where it came from. Anyway yeah under current laws they COULD find charges. Chances that they WOULD, well that depends on how often you did it and for how many people. If you only did it for your friend once then no they wouldn't likely care, but might give you a lecture/warning about it. If you did it for your friend on multiple times then they MIGHT to do something. If you did it for multiple people all the time there is a good chance they would TRY to prove it. Oh sure some places sell "clean" urine, and that's legal, BUT they aren't selling it to people they KNOW need clean urine. You KNOW he wants CLEAN urine. See the difference? I could buy clean urine for myself, even though mine is clean. Some people could do it for a fetish. So long story short, they could look through the laws and find something, but it's unlikely UNLESS you do it all the time.

Using someone else urine is illegal, but urine drug test is designed so, that your boyfriend will not be able to use your urine during test.
