How long does cocaine & its metabolites stay in your system?

I messed up big. I use cocaine maybe once a month, most recently I did about 3 grams 7 days ago. I regularly drink lots of water (half gallon a day at least) and exercise daily (running 4 times aweek, lifting 5).. I have a drug test coming up next week (about 14 days after the last time I used), reading all of these internet articles saying it may be dectectable up to 30 days has scared the crap out of me, so much so that I went out and bought a home drug test. I tested negative for cocaine, but Im not sure if "first check" tests for the metabolites that the lab may check for. Does anyone know to what extent these home tests are accurate when compared to a lab test? And do you think I have a chance good, fair or poor chance of passing?

4. you will probably fail you test sorry to tell you that this because cocaine is a serious drug and if it says 30 days to get out of system its true not like weed which it says it take 3 weeks but there are many ways to pass a drug test if u smoke weed im sorry man
