How long can Xanax and Adderall be detected in a urine test?

I am a 125 pound male. Monday morning I took 30mg of Adderall. Monday night I took 1mg of Xanax. I may have to take a urine drug test this week and was wondering how long it takes for these to be undetectable in the test.

2. Xanax is detectable in urine during 3 to 5 days after use. Adderall is detectable in urine during 1 to 4 days after use. If the medications are taken on a regular basis, the detection period can last longer for both of them.
