- Not if they don't test your HCG levels. They probably will though, so if you don't want your mum to know then I wouldn't take her with you.
- yes your blood test will show you are pregnant. if you can call your doctor ahead and tell him not to say anything he will not cause of patient doctor confidentiality. Or if you must, leave something in the car and ask your mom to go get it, than quickly tell the receptionist about your situation. that and anything else creative you can think of! lol. Cause your doctor may think it is okay to mention it in front of your mother since you brought her.
- yeah they will probably test ypu for everything and if they do a HCG test then your mum will defo find out. Good Luck x
- I get migraines aswell. I went to the doctors last week and they told me to come for blood test tomorrow aswell he seemed pretty concerned. However im on the mini pill and thought i was pregnant, i took a test on friday and it came out negative so im glad about that! anyway i think any types of blood test will show up so i would just go on your own or if you just want to go on your own for the results then take someone with you tomorrow then when its time to get your results go on your own just incase. good luck and all the best......x
- Unless they're doing a pregnancy blood test they will not report it in your findings, even if they identify pregnancy, as it isn't what the test is for. They certainly won't be able to tell at the time the test is performed and your mum will be none the wiser.
- It is unlikely they will be testing for the pregnancy hormone HCG unless there is a specific reason for them to do so. I wouldn't worry, but if you want to be sure, call them before you pick up the results to let them know you want confidentiality and they will oblige.
