Blood Drug Testing

No call, 3 days took a blood test for pregnancy, what does this mean?

I got my blood test done on the Monday, they said it could take 2 days. Its been 3 weeks since I've missed my period and before the blood test I had take at least 9 pregnancy tests including a urine test at the doctors, all were negative. What are the chances of me being pregnant?
