What does (Creatinine) stand for on the clinical chemistry blood test report?

could anyone tell me what does the term "Creatinine" mean? I would like to know what stand for this term, many thanks.

1. creatinine is from the breakdown of muscle tissue. They use it to measure the kidney function. Higher the creatinine the less the kidneys are working properly.
