how can you lower the risk of testing positive on a saliva drug test?

im gettin drug tested an dont kno if its goin to be from a urine or saliva test, an have been smoking marijuana almost everyday since the beginning of this year. my last day was about 3 days ago i stopped because my dad caught me with my supply that i was slangin but i told him im not smoking it so he said he was guna drug test me, so ive been drinkin hela water an been workin out every day an i sit in the sauna for about 30 minutes, any other suggestions on wat to do? an i cant get my hands on detox so mark that off.

1. chances are, he's not gonna gt a saliva test, they are inaccurate and expensive, if he does try to keep water in you mouth to dilute your saliva. if you dilute it enough it might not show up, its hard to pull off though. i guarantee he will get a urine test, so your best bet is once again drink water to dilute your urine before. once again, can be very hard to pull off. good luck.
2. Nothing you do is going to work because you are a chronic user (use more than twice a month) and it will take up to 90 days to get out of you system. Also if you dad wanted to he could do a hair follicle test which will show everything you have used for the last 2 yrs
