How do you pass a oral saliva drug test?

For percs? My girlfriend snorted a perc last night and she has a drug test tuesday and obviously niether of us want her to go to jail for 3 months :( Please help!! P.S. This is my gf NOT me so don't try callin me some kind of pill junkie cuz im not i'm extremely against hard drugs.. and no smart comments please I just want legit answers. Thanks.

1. Drink lots of water. Brush your teeth and floss and mouth wash. Drink more water. Eat salty foods, drink more water. After all that your saliva should be clean.
2. She may pass, she may not. A lot depends on the "quality" of the test. Since it sounds like a probation test, it'll likely be VERY sensitive. So, she's SOL. #1 - Snorting a pill isn't a bright idea. #2 - Snorting a pill when you have a drug test coming up is stupid. #3 - She has a problem with drugs. You need to decide if being with her is worth it or not.
