How accurate are the blood pregnancy tests? how early can they tell you?
lol 6% of HPTs come back as false negatives i think i fall into that catagory. last pregnancy i got false neg. 1 every week after conception i didn't find out until 6 wks i won't be so easily convinced this time

Between 7-10 days after conception is the earliest a blood test will confirm pregnancy for you. Blood tests are always 100% accurate. 6% of HPTs come back as false negatives.
- they can tell about 2 days past implantation and implantation can take up to 8 days past ovulation so it really can vary. . .
- I've read that the earliest a blood test can determine pregnancy is about 6 days after sex/ovulation. I had one done 2 days before my period at 11dpo and it showed that I was pregnant.
