Blood Drug Testing

Ultrasound and blood test no unusual results for liver damage/disease?

I have had a blood test and ultrasound and both show no signs of liver damage/disease, i got these tests because i had dark urine, light stool and a pain on my right side (which is still kind of there) the doctor claimed the pain must be muscular. Now if i still have dark urine and a bit of a pain on my right side should i still be concerned of it being a liver problem??? The ultrasound also checked Kidneys/Spleen.
