How accurate are home drug screenings?

My parents drug screened me today (I have used marijuana quite frequently for about 3 months, and they know that it could stay in my system for up to 90 days so if I was positive for that they'd be understanding) but it said I was negative for THC. But POSITIVE for almost EVERY other drug on the screening. The problem with that is I have NEVER taken those drugs before. So my question is, are home drug tests very accurate? They're taking me to a clinic tomorrow to be blood tested, and those are 100% accurate, right? If the test comes back possitive for those other drugs my dad says he's turning me in. So anyway, I just want to know how accurate home tests are. The specific kind I used was the RediTest Urine Test.
