Xanax at home drug tests?

My parents are going to start drug testing me for marijuana, which I quit about a week ago. But i've been doing xanax, and I wanted to know how long it stays in your system for an at home test?

1. It takes 3 to 30 days for xanax to be out of our urine. Depending on how much we asses use, So does that answer your question?If you take 2to3 1mg a day ID say it will be out of your urine in about 5 to 7 days
2. Xanax is not detected nearly as long as the other person says. Xanax is a very short acting benzodiazepine, only a few benzo's like Halcion (triazolam) or Versed (midazolam) are shorter acting. Generally the detection period is 2-4 days. Depending on the sensitivity and exact type of test and how much Xanax you have used may increase detection time. Also the majority of at home tests do NOT test for benzodiazepines. Basic tests only look for opiates (morphine, codeine, heroin), PCP, THC (marijuana), amphetamines (including meth and MDMA), and cocaine. And THC has a very long detection period. If you have been a heavy smoker the detection time is up to one month. Even moderate smoking and cause detection for a couple of weeks.
