Is saliva testing more accurate at testing hormones than blood test?

Hello, I was wondering if Saliva is a better way at testing hormones than blood? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks :)

1. No, saliva testing isn't better, and it isn't really relevant. It doesn't matter what is in your saliva, because your body can't use it. What matters is what is in your blood, because that is what is available for your cells to use.
