Blood Drug Testing

is a saliva drug test possible to beat and are any of the products available any good?

i need to pass a saliva drug test in 2 days time does anyone have any tips for beating one of these tests. i've seen products available online but don't wanna get ripped off if they dont work. please help anyone who can advise me other than the obvious 'don't take drugs in order to pass the test' thanks to anyone who advises, i'm scared i'll lose my job
