Blood Drug Testing

do cigarettes and alcohol show up on home drug tests?

I'm 17, and going to a party this weekend where I will have some beer and maybe some hard alcohol, and I smoke. My mom is just testing me to make sure I don't smoke weed, but will these other things show up or make me positive? I've never seen or used a home one before.
