Drug testing during routine medical blood test?

I get a blood test every year for hormone levels because I have an under-active thyroid. I've been smoking weed pretty heavily for about a year and I'm worried i might be drug tested while they're checking everything. Is it likely they would check for drugs? Also, does anyone know how doctor- patient confidentiality works? I'm 19, but i still go to a children's hospital because my insurance will cover me there until i'm 21. I assume i'm legally an adult in delaware for medical decisions, but again it's a children's hospital, so i'm worried they will tell my parents anyway. Which would be very very bad. I want to ask my doctor if he's allowed to tell my parents the results, but i dont want to draw attention if i was never going to be tested to begin with. This has been driving me crazy, please help! I want to reschedule, but i have to take pills every day and i can't get a new prescription until i get the blood test. I was only told a few days ago i had an appointment, and it's in two weeks. So i know that's not enough time for the weed to work its way out of my system.
