  1. antibodies fight bacteria, germs, viruses and other harmful stuff ... they are good, the more you have the better ... wait, how did they show up in your blood test again? what blood test did you get? of course, if you mean that you have unusually high amounts of white blood cells, then that could be bad and your doctor will give you something for it ... best if you get the actual interpretation of the lab test from your doctor ...
  2. Depending on the anti bodies, too little Information, to work on. Depending on type treatment is different and complex.
  3. It sounds like you mis-heard what someone said. Everyone has antibodies in their blood. If you didn't, you would be like "bubble boy". Antibodies are used by your body to fight different diseases. Each different kind of antibody is designed to fight a different microbe. Now, I think what you heard was someone saying "she has antibodies against X". Looking for antibodies the body designs to fight a disease is a common way to tell if you have had a disease. The test to see if you have HIV by looking for HIV antibodies. They test to see if you had chicken pox by looking for chicken pox antibodies. So, the antibodies are not in themselves bad. They merely indicate you have (or had in the past) a disease. Whether that is bad depends on what disease we are talking about.
