Blood Drug Testing

If not hypoglycemia, then what is it? Blood tests results...?

I had a blood test recently because i had the symptoms of hypoglycemia and it came back negative. What else could it be, it really affects my life and happens quite often, but the blood test said my glucose levels were fine? Please help, i want to figure out why this keeps happening to me!
