- Well, you probably have next to no THC in your system due to the little amount that you have smoked. If you exercise and drink lots of water and cranberry juice you'll be fine. Are you applying for a job?
- Learn about the drugs you take. Most marijuana drug tests are NOT looking for marijuana in your blood. And at this point, there wouldnt be. All active marijuana is metabolized and removed from the blood within a few hours (at most 24-48 hours for chronic users). Now, they can draw blood and test for thc in the blood, but like I said, you would have had to use within the last few hours for that to test positive. I also dont think you can get blood tests over the counter, because it would be dangerous for people who arent trained to use a needle to get into the vein and draw blood. If the drug test you are preparing for will be blood and that is really the only time you used, they wont find any in your blood. What most marijuana drug tests *are* looking for, is a chemical that is produced by your body metabolizing thc. The metabolites created in the process are fat soluable, so they dissolve into your fat cells. Over the next few days to several weeks, the metabolites will seep back out of the fat cells and get removed through your body's waste system, which includes urine, stool, sweat, etc. If you are taking a test looking for metabolites, you can get urine and hair tests at any pharmacy over the counter. The urine tests are kinda similar to how an at home pregnancy test would work. You pee, stick the dip stick in and wait for the results. It will show pos or neg. You can also mail it into the lab for a lab analysis. With over the counter hair tests, all you do is clip the hair and mail in the sample - but you wont have immediate results.
