How accurate are home drug tests?

Smoked a week ago, have a drug test for probation tommorrow, took a take-home drug test today and passed. My question is home accurate are these tests and what is the likelihood it will foreshadow my results for the real test?

1. I know there is something that you can drink...its like stuff you put in water from a lake to make it drinkable..well ive been told that it will clean your system... but i dont know how accurate at home drug test are...but if your on probation you shouldnt be smoking anyways...at least while your on it.
2. The home-test are pretty accurate, but it's no guarantee that you'll pass the real one. THC gets stored in your fat cells, so it hangs out in your system a lot longer than other drugs. There is really nothing you can do to "flush it out" any faster. But, you should be cautiously optimistic that you passed the home-test. Good luck!
