How effective are home drug test kits?

I took a home kit urine test to see if i'd pass a drug screen and it said i would pass. how reliable are these?

2. if you pass this home test using your morning pee (first morning urine have the highest concentration) , you don't have nothing to worry. If you drank allot of water before taking the test, test your self again.
