I have a friend who need to pass a urine test in 10 days. He is about 6'2 and weighs about 225. Hes been drink plenty of water. What is some other remedies to help clean his system quickly? ****Help full answers only****

2. Work out, go for a jog, drink plenty of water, or cranberry juice. Also depends on how much he smoked.
3. Drinking water, taking niacin, drinking bleach.. ALL of these are touted as "cleaning" the body. NONE of the work. The only reliable method is time.
