Blood Drug Testing

If I take Ativan before bed will it affect my blood tests done the next morning?

The last 2 times I had blood taken I felt faint, and I suspect it has something to do with my anxiety/panic disorder. Since I will be going to the blood lab unaccompanied, I don't want to take any chances so I thought about taking a 1 mg Ativan. Will it affect my blood work?
