Can high blood glucose affect a saliva drug test?

Im diabetic and just took a saliva test for a job. My blood sugar was at 400 prior to taking it because my insulin pump f'd up. Will this affect whether or not i test positive?

1. saliva test is for illicit drugs. not for glucose levels. Glucose levels will not affect or effect either the drug screening.
