What is the name of the doctor/pharmacist that does blood tests?? and does it need physics for university?

What is the name of the doctor that does blood tests?? Example doctor for teeth dentist And what subjects do I need to choose for my IGCSE to study it? I've heard that I mostly need math chemistry and biology.. Some people told me I don't need physics but what do you think?? 1. You donnt have to be a doctor to take blood just a trained plebotomist which takes six months ! If you mean like analyse and look at blood I'm sure its a microbilogist or look at cells like blood cells is a cytologist ... Or do u mean anything else to do with blood and stuff is a anethatist wchich you have to be a doctor for u think ? X
