what is the best natural way to cleanse you system of thc from a saliva test?

i know someone that has to take a random drug screen and it is for marijuana and they are going to do a saliva test and they need to clean their system before they test them. they wanted to know what would be the best natural way to clean out their system so they dont fail the saliva drug screen!
