How early is a pregnancy blood test accurate?

I had a period in November and a negative blood test on November 3rd. My last sexual episode was September 25th pregnant or trust the blood test?

If the sex on September 25th resulted in a pregnancy, you would expect the last menstrual period to have been around September 11th and a positive pregnancy test by 4 weeks following that, so October. In summary, if your test was negative November 3rd and you haven't had sex since, then you are very unlikely to be pregnant.

3. If u r talking of a blood test for pregnancy, then it should be positive in 14- 16 days from the single/last sex. U have well passed that limit & thats why u cannot be pregnant now from the last sex on 25th Sep
