Blood Pregnancy test.....how soon are the results accurate?

Im not trying to concieve but I thought I would get good input from you guys because Im sure youve been through it atleast once. Back in September the 25th to be exact me and my fiance had sex. I took multiple pregnancy test all the way through October and they all were Negative. I also had my period but it was a little later (stress im sure) I then went to my gynocolegist on November 3rd and had a blood test done it was also negative I started my November period as well. Did I wait long enough for accurate blood test results?

1. Of course! You only need 1 blood test 1 day after your AF is supposed to show for accurate results of pregnancy. Trust me you are not pregnant. GL
