Blood Drug Testing

What is going on? Are the tests wrong?

I am 2 1/2 weeks late....all tests including blood have been negative but I have not been this late ever! I have breast tenderness, very moody, and I feel nauseous every night like clock work beginning at 8 or 9 every night. Please help! I am sooo confused!

1. Tests for pregnancy usually don't work that fast. Implantation is not instantaneous. Plus, periods can vary with all sorts of causes, not just pregnancy. I'd suggest you wait until you miss the next one, then check or see a doctor.
2. Are you sure you ovulated this cycle? A pregnancy test should have tested positive by now if you were pregnant. I would keep testing just to be sure, but to me it sounds like maybe you have not ovulated this cycle, and it is making you late for your period and giving you terrible pms symptoms. Good luck!
3. If your 2 1/2 weeks late and all the test came back negative then you are NOT pregnant. Especially if the blood test came back negative. Your just having an off period. But your not pregnant. Having a hcg level 5 or higher is considered a viable pregnancy. And if your 2 1/2 weeks late, that would make you around 6 weeks pregnant, and by then your hcg levels would be in the 100's.
