Blood Drug Testing

Do they drug test for a defensive driving class for a speeding ticket?

It says "Attendance at all classes sober and free from illicit drugs" does that mean they drug test or not?

1. I doubt they drug test. The additional expense would be enormous (say an extra $100 per student for a blood test, then they would have to have a nurse on site as well). They probably just kick you out if the instructor presumes that you are under the influence of something.
2. They may if they wanted to. Are you saying you (or a friend) can't lay off the bad stuff long enough to go to go to these "sober" classes? Someone can tell by your eyes if you are high anyway and THAT may lead to a drug test.
3. Are you worried.? Surely you can stay straight for a one hour class. There is random testing at the class where I live.
