When are blood pregnancy tests accurate? Can I trust my test?
I had sex the 27th of novemeber and had a blood test done November 3rd it was negative can I trust it..... I haven't missed a period either.

- First of all, do you mean you tested Dec 3? And that would be too soon. You need to test on or after your expected period.
- Not to be rude but Meaghan Smith is completely wrong! First of a blood test is way more accurate than an at home test and with new technology you can take an at home test 1 week before your missed period. So the answer to your question is yes, you can trust your blood test. a blood test can detect pregnancy as early as 48 hours. so dont worry if it came back negative then your not pregnant
- Lena...You are the one that is wrong. Hcg levels do NOT start producing until 4-10 days after sex. The earliest a doctor will give you an accurate result is about 6-8 days after sex. IT IS THE LAW! you got your blood test 6 days after, so it should be very accurate especially considering you haven't missed a period. I would not worry, women can have bleeding during pregnancy but they cannot have their ''period''.
