Blood Drug Testing

When a doctor says, im going to blood test you, does it include drug testing orr What?

1. it could or it could mean that he is testing for disease or cell count or all that
2. There are hundreds of blood test. It would depend on the context of the visit. With a routine visit they will not be checking for drugs. If it's for a job or insurance then they probably will do a drug test. They don't run drug test unless they have a reason for looking for drugs.
