What do hospitals test for in a drug test?

I have an upcoming drug test for a job at a hospital in NY what do they normally test for? Maybe i should have clarified what do they test for as in what drugs do they look for?

1. Duh! did you not remember typing "Drug test" Its a test where they make you pee, and tst to make sure your not doing drugs.
