Blood pregnancy tests taken at the hospital?

would have concieved between the 10 and 25 of January. Blood pregnancy test on March 1 came back negative. Last period was December 29th. Still feeling pregnancy symptoms. Did I take the blood test too early? Is this result reliable?

1. Nope not reliable - I think you need to ask this another 30 times! Of COURSE its reliable - that's more than 30 since intercourse!
