Is a blood drug test a lot more accurate than a blood test?

I smoke weed maybe two or three times a month a very small amount. I will have to take a blood test in maybe two weeks. I am going to buy an in home urine test but I don't know if it will be as accurate as the blood test. Is there a in home blood test I can buy.so I can test myself?

1. If you did a little research, you'd find that a urine drug test for THC will be positive for a much longer period of time than a blood test.
