How long does it take to get an accurate urine test at the doctors office?

My grlfriend took a urine test at the doctors office three weeks after we had sex, NOT a blood test and NOT a home pregnancy test. The test was negative, but she is now nine days late on her period and complaining of head aches stomach pain and nausea, we used a condom that didnt break
