Blood Drug Testing

i need to pass a drug test, are the home test kits accurate?

i mean.. it says its 99% accurate and it cost about 30$ ... and most piss tests that companies order are like 6$, ... what do you think well.. i mean its walmart so i actually go to a lab, so i doubt they use store bought tests
