Blood Drug Testing

How reliable are home drug tests compared to pre-employment drug tests?

I'm talking about the At Home Drug Test that tests for 5 different drugs bought at K-mart. If the at home drug test comes up negative will the same happen during a pre-employment drug test? Immunoassay - 50 and GC/MS - 15 is the cut off concentration for this test, well atleast that is what it says in the booklet.

1. well....about the same really...only diff is the cutoff point,ie,some are 100 mg and some are 50.........smaller the number,harder to pass...good luck.......
