Are mercury blood tests accurate or should i do a hair test?

i had a mercury blood tests done as i am having headaches, mild teeth tremors, and concentration problems. the doctor suspected mercury poisoning as a possible cause because i do eat a lot of tuna especially over the summer. the blood tests came back normal. is the blood test always accurate? should i do a hair test just in case? ive already done a ct scan and mri so no its not a tumor. so should i do a hair test for mercury?
