Should i take a blood pregnancy test? And how accurate would it be?

Last time I had unprotected sex was July 9. I got my period on July 30 and September 1. Ive take hpts and they have all came out negative. I have weird pains in my lower stomach so im kind of worried. How accurate would a blood pregnancy test be?

1. You've got your period twice since July 9th. You are NOT pregnant. Those pains could be all kinds of things. They could be a sign that you are ovulating right now, although that would be a little early. But no blood test, no pregnancy.
