Drug Tested at Work Today? Will results from home tests be same as lab tests?

So i was drug tested at work today..its been a while since i last smoked..it was a very bad choice on my part thats why i quit a while back..but im wondering if the tests from the home drug tests have a good chance of being the same as the ones they are going to send to the lab? I came negative on the home one? any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. if you pissed in a cup and you quit a while back you should be okay, If you piss in a cup you can test positive if you smoked anywhere form 3 weeks to a month in a half ago depending on how frequently you smoked. if you had a hair folical test and smoked with in the year then ur F*****. seein how it tests for about a year theres also a blood test which im not sure how long it will show up on for but i believe its close to the "piss in a cup"
