Help. Positive blood pregnancy test but negative urine tests?

I had a blood test the 22nd of September and it came back positive. Well yesterday and today I decided to take home pregnancy tests. They all come back negative. Im really confused. I havent had my period, I havent bled, Ive been sick, and the blood test came back positive. Any answers?

1. Well, i'm not a doctor. But i'm fairly certain that a blood test would be more accurate than a urine test. But if your really curious then maybe you should call your doctor.
2. your blood holds more HCG levels than your urine does so that's why some women whom get a negative urine tests and show all the symptoms go get a blood test and it comes back positive. and you may or may not get any symptoms
3. You may not be able to tell by your urine yet i would go with the doc and blood test
4. blood test is the most accurate test. If it's saying you're pregnant, you are.
5. Blood pregnancy tests are way more accurate than urine tests are. The hcg hormones are stronger in the blood than they are in urine. I had a positive blood test a week before my period was due. I also took a negative urine test a when my period was a week late. I was definitely pregnant so the blood tests can definitely tell you sooner. If the blood test was positive then you're pregnant. Congrats!
6. Have you had an ultrasound yet???? Have you had repeat bloodwork? Its strange the urine test was negative especially at this point in your pregnancy. Either way, if you tested postive on your bloodwork then you should be pregnant. I hope you get into a doctor for ultrasound and further testing. Good luck!
