What are the different types of Chlamydia blood tests?

I went to the Thai hospital and asked for a Chlamydia test and they didn't know what it was, which was shocking. They looked on the computer and found 2 different types of Chlamydia tests. One was for the lungs and the other I have never heard of. Please can you tell me the different types of bloods tests for the different types of meanings for each Chlamydia? Yes, they can do it through a blood test. They showed me on the computer two different blood test types.

1. WTF? The only Chlamydia I know is the one they check when you do your pap smear or urine but not sure if they do it through blood test.
