Is a saliva drug test more accurate than a urine sample?

I took a saliva drug test today and its been 2 weeks since I last smoked. Even than I didnt smoke everyday before that. Not to mention that I also have been working out. Is a saliva test less or more accurate than a urine sample? I don't weigh much either.
