Blood Drug Testing

Can schools conduct a drug test on you legally inside the school?

Can a high school legally give you a drug test inside of their school, or do they have to bring you to the hospital? And if so, do you have a right to refuse drug test/transportation to a hospital?

1. You know, I think it would be wrong to do a drug test on a student that doesn't want it. Just because if you are an adult doesn't give you the right to make a "child" do anything you want them to do. I say they need a parents concent before performing anything like that. A school, police, teh school board, the government, a random stranger are not parents to kids.
2. schools have the right to drug test their students and they can be done right at the school. you have the "right" to refuse, but you may very well be expelled if that is their policy

You said legally, so no, not legally, The law of this country states no age, when I was 18 years old I worked for G.M. and saved up enough money in one year to buy me a car, and they wouldn't sell me one because I wasn't 21 years old, I knew that was wrong and set out to find out how, and what I found was there can be no law that states age, and when states make them they are voilating the law of the land, it is illegal to give drug test, and polygraph test as will, and etc. If you dont corporate what will they do? you name it.
