Blood Drug Testing

How many people had positive home pregnancy test, negative dr urine test and a positive blood test?

I have had 2 positive home pregnancy tests so I went to the dr today to confirm. The urine test was negative so they sent me for a blood test. I will get the results in the morning but I wanted to hear other stories like mine.

1. I became pregnant with my son when I was 15. I confirmed it with 2 hpt's at home and one at the doctor. Then I was really sick one morning around 8 weeks along (vomiting specks of blood) and went to the hospital. They said both urine and blood tests came back negative and I wasn't pregnant....just had gastritis and was stressed so I missed my period. I went back to my regular doctor and had yet another round of urine and blood tests done...and I was pregnant, the whole time. I'm sure there was a reasonable explanation....human error, diluted urine, etc....but I know they thought I was some stupid 15 year old who wanted to have a baby and wanted to break my heart and tell me I wasn't. I still remember the smirk on the doctor's face at the ER. Anyways, your urine may have been too diluted to test positive. Try not to worry and best of luck!
