How can I pass a drug test fast?

last weekend I took one hit from a king bong so it really wasn't that much but on monday our cheer coaches could possibly give us a drug test is it really going to stay in that long if it wasn't that much ? And don't comment with "just don't smoke" that's stupid and I obviously know now not to be doing that while on cheer.
