what STI'S does the first blood tests in pregnancy look for?

I've forgotten what STI's the first blood tests in pregnancy look for, i know that you get the chlamydia test done with the first urine test and i know you get checked for HIV. What other sexual infections do they look for? Is it worth getting tested for all STI's from the clinic whilst being pregnant or does the pregnancy blood tests show them all up if there is any?
