1. a blood test can tell after a couple of weeks because if in your blood, but iwould just wait to miss a period and take a home pregnancy test its so much easier.
2. well i had a positive blood test 9 days after ovulation i just knew i was pregnant my dr didnt believe me told me id be the first erson his seen to even miss a period yet and sure enough it came back positive 5 days before even missing my period
