Blood Drug Testing

Will you be put on probation if you pass a drug test at court? ?

A few people told me that if I were to pass a drug test when I went I court then I would not be put on probation. It's my first strike and was wondering if this was true or not?

1. Not true. If a court does not order a drug test, then it doesn't care about one. Probation is decided upon a number of factors, and your drug condition is not one of them, although it can be a condition of continued probation.
